The scheme, which completed in Spring 2017, involved the demolition of two buildings and the construction of one unified scheme. The new building provides 50,000 sq ft of accommodation for Aviva Investors.

The old buildings at 287-291 Oxford Street and 11-12 Hanover Square were demolished.
