The development site is located at the junction of Soho Street and Oxford Street,opposite Rathbone Place, and on a popular route between Fitzrovia and Soho. Key areas neighbouring the development are Oxford Street and Fitzrovia to the north, Tottenham Court Road and the proposed Crossrail / LU station to the east, Soho to the south, and Regent Street and Mayfair to the west.
