Audrey House is the most prominent building on Ely Place, situated adjacent to the historic St Etheldreda’s Church. The ground floor was extensively refurbished with a stylish black broadloom carpet and new lighting. It was recently let and completely fitted to a high quality and is now available from 22/5/15 on a new term “as is”. Works are due to commence on the 2nd floor, when vacated in August 2105.
