Originally built as a house (c1748) with the ballroom added by Robert Edis in 1890 for The Duke of Newcastle. Subsequently refurbished by the Berkeley Square Estate in 2007 to a very high standard by architect Trehearne & Partners providing Grade A offices of the highest quality with this floor being the best in the building. The principal rooms on the first floor incorporate a stunning ballroom in Louis XV style, a sizable boardroom and two further very well proportioned private offices (at the front) with views over Hill Street.
The floor is available as part, of the whole.
