Farringdon Station is a short walk away (0.2 miles), and provides access to Thamslink services as well as Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan lines. It will also benefit from the new east-west Crossrail link from 2018. Chancery Lane is also only 0.6 miles away (Central). Clerkenwell has a variety of bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the building that make it such a vibrant area of Central London.
The building provides a media style fit out of accommodation on two floors, and we can offer one or two floors on separate co-terminus leases. The floors themselves are bright and airy and have been fitted out to a very high standard, with a mix of open plan areas, meeting rooms and amenity space. There are several break out areas on each floor, two large kitchens, demised WCs and a shower on each floor.
The accommodation will be available from January 2015 and both leases are contracted out of the L&T Act 1954. Our preference will be to let them together.
