7 Curzon Street has been subject to a detailed refurbishment to a Category A standard using high quality materials. The specification and finishes comply with the following design criteria: New floor, wall and ceiling finishes have been provided and all services within the B1 areas replaced, with the exception of the drainage services and AHU ductwork which have been retained and overhauled. The refurbishment was undertaken in line with BCO standards where achievable, CIBSE and British Standards.
7 Curzon Street is positioned in the heart of Mayfair and benefits from an unrivalled public transport network, with four underground stations located within easy walking distance. Green Park (Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee lines), Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines).
Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly line) and Bond Street (Central and Jubilee lines) provide direct access to all of London’s mainline rail stations and international airports along with numerous bus routes which operate along Piccadilly, Park Lane and Oxford Street.
Crossrail, which is due to open at Bond Street in 2018, will further increase rail capacity to and from the area. Mayfair is also home to London’s luxury retail brands, world famous hotels and top class restaurants
